Get Started!
Living with ADHD as an adult can feel overwhelming. Between deadlines, relationships, and daily responsibilities, many people in Calgary find themselves struggling with focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. Support often feels limited — and traditional therapy can sometimes feel unstructured or hard to apply in real life.
That’s why we’re offering a virtual ADHD Psychoeducation & Skills Group designed specifically for adults.
Our 6-week program combines education, skills practice, and peer support to give participants practical tools they can start using right away. The group is designed with ADHD in mind: shorter modules, built-in breaks, visual aids, and interactive activities that keep things engaging.
Topics include:
Strategies for time management & organization
Tools for focus and executive functioning
Emotional regulation and stress management
Peer connection and support
Although we’re based in Calgary, the program is delivered entirely online, making it easy to join from anywhere — whether you live in the city or in a nearby rural community.
